Details of Project Opportunities: Opportunities for the current project are in reference to the specific courses introduced for those students who are not being offered by other universities in London. In addition to this strategic location of the project, the college will benefit as students in the nearby area do not have a college that can meet their needs.
The goal of the project: The goal of the present project is two times, in which this project will help the college management team to develop the opportunity of earning, while the project will help foreign students pursue their management courses in London (Bedforth and Belly). Project Deliverables: Project Deliverables will include milestones that are approved by Project Sponsor to move to the next phase. Project deliverables are divided into three parts, which are phases deliverables, process deliverables and task deliverables.
Project Critical Concepts: There will be a set of assumptions that have been made in the form of projects for the management team's capabilities to complete the project, the process adopted for the current project and the project for benchmarking.
Project Barriers: There are mainly three obstacles in project management, which are time, cost and human resources. Time is a major factor and limited time in which the entire college infrastructure is required to be developed and the current project needs to be completed within 1 year of the time period (Christopheus et al., 2005). Features: In the current context, the project manager and project sponsor will need high level efficiency of the project. This project will seek union engagement with the top management team in organization behavior so that coordinated efforts can be developed to achieve the project.
Stakeholder: Stakeholder of the project is such a person who has wide interest in the project and it can be of two types i.e. internal and external stakeholders Internal stakeholders will include staff, management team and shareholders. In the stakeholders of the external project, the governing body of education, students from around the world and other nearby colleges offer similar courses (Valls et al, 2002).
