AC - Intangible Concept: In these concepts, the analysis of practices and principles is done in relation to emotion and others.
AE - Active Experiment: This is basically using different conditions and then finding the best possible option.
Colle is the best theory that can be used to compare 3-4 people. Person 1 is a student who is going for an interview and he belongs to CE phase. Those who have 4-5 years of experience, they will take guidance from others and then work. They will fall into the RO Those who have achieved top position in any company, they will come under the AC. Finally scientists will come under the AE stage.
