personal reflection
You have personal value
Influence of values on the principles of support in health and social care
Equal Rights and Opportunities for Everyone
This value is really very important. When we treat each person with respect and treat them equally in front of our eyes then we will treat them equally. In health and social care, it is really very important. We should see that each and every service user gets equal treatment in respect of personal and professional care in health care settings.
unity in diversity
This value is also related with equal opportunity. When there are various people in health care settings, ie people of different backgrounds and demographics, they are different from each other. If we understand the diversity then surely we will be able to satisfy them by providing health and social care services. Above all, we have to train them to understand and adjust each other.

Integrity
In health and social care settings, it is necessary that we should be integral in executing whatever we do. It is important that we should be honest and not take advantage of it. Integrity will help to execute the tasks well before time. Professionals employed should not do dishonest things because it is a lack of confidence and discontent among the people.
Secrecy
In health and social care each and every service user has a different requirement and it is necessary to keep it confidential. Health and related illnesses should be kept private and should be attended by carers or divers (Richardson and Asthana, 2006)
Assess the impact of personal culture and experience on your role as a health care professional while supporting service users
Personal culture is the one in which we are developing and contributed to your personal values and beliefs. It is responsible for the overall way of thinking and perception. In the case of personal culture, we have taught respect to elders and selflessness to the maximum extent or to offer services with great benefit. Personal culture is responsible for the development of perceptions and values that help us to provide services to service users in health and social care settings. At the top, when we work in a specific environment and gain experience, we are definitely going to increase the value for the people. We will be able to make our best contribution to service users and provide services that help them recover properly. The experienced person will be able to make immediate decisions and work according to the service user's health and status. It is a culture that provokes some characteristics, personality and characteristics in a person. It is important that culture is healthy and even as a person grows with time as the experience grows and this experience helps build trust for health and social care settings and health care professionals in the world. It is important that when people meet, they should learn from each other and then behave accordingly.
These individual values have helped to follow the health and social care settings. These are my culture and personal features which are helping me to develop into a person (Mayor, 2000).
