Work experience is an important aspect of an individual career. The person first finds work culture in a firm and it is a great learning experience for him. Task 1 - LO1: The purpose of this work is to negotiate for work experience with your supervisor; it is to be addressed by reflecting on ILWP and specifying the results of learning.
This work has been completed by using my experience as a network engineer in Siemens firm. This division is responsible for maintaining the firm's telecom towers. My interest was always in the telecommunications industry and this firm gave me the necessary industry experience.

P1.1 Research and evaluate suitable organizations that can provide industry experience
The main work of the network engineer is to ensure that the falling tower in the allotted area is doing fine and in case of any issue, it is necessary to fix the error as soon as possible. This job requires a visit because the staff is required to visit the place where the towers are located. Towers are spread throughout the area and therefore the employee has to go to the towers where there are some issues.

The main thing that is needed for a job is to have basic technical knowledge on how communication is performed by the firm and the technology behind it. This helps in better identifying the issue.

In this division two teams work mainly.

IT team - This team sits in the office and identifies the error and the technology takes care of the part
Field Team - This team travels to towers and coordinates with the IT team and tries to fix the error
I was interested in the field team and so I worked in the field team. Different people working in the field team
Supervisor - A large area is given to maintain it. They have a team of engineers working with them. In case of any increase due to not being resolved in the allotted time by the standards. Junior Engineer - He works under Supervisor and is given an area under Supervisor. They have a small team of junior engineers working with them.
Junior Engineer - He works under senior engineer and he handles all issues as a team.
My job was to work with a junior engineer and to understand how the issues could be solved.

P1.2 There is an offer for work experience with work and academic supervisors
This experience helped me in increasing the skills of people along with technical information and knowledge. The team's most important aspect is the team's effort. There are two facets in which Team effort is required. Coordinating within the first team and assigning tasks in an efficient manner. Second is to coordinate with the IT team to solve the error.

The supervisor assigned me to a senior engineer team and I had to work with junior engineers and understand how they solve the errors. So initially I had to travel with junior engineers when they went to the tower and then learn all the techniques of the work of the tower so that I can learn to solve the error on my own (Dogi, Oh, Venkatavic and Teslak, 2011).

As I began to learn and understand the most technicalities, I was given the responsibility to go to the Tower Alone and handle issues. The following were the main responsibilities:

 Coordinate with the team to assign tasks
Before understanding the problem before going to the site so that anybody is well prepared when going to the site
Go to the tower sites that are facing problems and solve the problem
To solve this problem, coordinate with the IT team to check
Give a report to the senior engineer on the issues faced and resolve and the time it takes to solve the issue.
Always be ready to come and go to the site
P.1 Identify the barriers of trade on the work experience.
There are various issues and obstacles on the work experience. Firstly there is no documentation on training procedures. All work experience and knowledge is obtained while working. There is no standard training which the engineer is expected to stroke
